for Cass County Commissioner, District 3

I'm running for Cass County Commissioner, District 3 to bring a practical, common sense approach to our county government.

Leslie Bouchonville is a longtime Cass County community leader, nonprofit executive, school board member, and advocate for our rural communities.

For nearly 30 years, Leslie served through the Pine River-Backus Family Center and Northland Family Center, helping build programs that support families, connect residents with resources, and respond to real local needs. Her experience includes managing budgets and grants, working with county-level committees, serving on the Pine River-Backus School Board, and volunteering with the Cass County Sheriff’s Mounted Posse.

Focused on What Matters

I’m running to bring practical leadership and responsible decision-making to Cass County. My priorities are rooted in decades of hands-on service to local families and our rural communities.

Transparent, Accountable County Government

I believe county government should be open, accessible, and responsible to the people it serves.

Responsible Budgeting

I understand budgets, grants, partnerships, and the importance of using public resources wisely.

Strong Rural Communities

Families, seniors, children, and rural residents deserve a strong voice and access to essential services.

Collaboration Over Politics

I believe the best results come from listening, working together, and focusing on practical solutions.
